We are looking for Reserve Special Trade Account Manager for Belgium and Luxembourg.
In this role you are responsible for Reserve business across Reserve Specialist stores in Belgium and Luxembourg. You are delivering sales for assigned portfolio, building distribution and executing activations are among key responsibilities for this role.You will manage relationships with customers (stores) as well with key wholesale customers and deliver product mentoring sessions when required, working closely with Reserve Special Trade Brand Ambassador.
You’ll become part of Northern Europe Reserve team – a group of 23 people on a mission to accelerate the growth of our Reserve portfolio and deliver consistent share gain.
We do this by selling the Reserve Portfolio through our TLA/Pacemaker business partners and Specialist Stores and helping our colleagues in the Premium business realise the huge potential of the Reserve portfolio there. We work in partnership with the very best trend leading accounts in the On Trade and Specialist retailers to create memorable experiences for our consumers. We also activate our brands in 3rd space and amplify all of this through a strong culture plan.
Your qualifications in order to be successful for the role:
You have relevant work experience from sales area, experience from luxury goods or services would be an asset
You may have the network or you have good knowledge of the high end bar industry;
You are passionate about people and are great at building long-lasting business relationships
You are structured, detail oriented and take pride in delivering on time;
You are known to be persistent, loyal, dedicated and a good team player;
You work independently, proactive and take great personal ownership and responsibility;
You are in possession of a driver’s license
You have strong communication skills in Dutch and French as well as English.
Location / Flexible Working Options: Belgium (home office / field based) is preferred location (Diageo office location is in Zellik) – the role will require travel across Belgium and monthly visits to Luxembourg as part of core job with additional travel outside these countries.
