 Set-up, run and optimize the Project Portfolio Management for Pension Services to increase transparency on project status and benefits

 Monitor and track the IT-related projects of Pension Services to identify any issues and provide an over-view of the health of the portfolio to senior management and investment governance bodies

 Support both the Head PS Business Management and Head PS Processes with administrative and project related tasks such as reporting or presentations, includes taking responsibility for deliverables in projects

 Organizing events for Pension Services such as department meetings or Off-Sites

 Constant management of internal communication platforms such as newsletters, sharepoints, intranet page or shared mailbox

You will be working in the business sector Banking Products and become a part of the Pension Services team. Pension Services is responsible to develop and maintain innovative 3A and Vested Benefit Foundation Retire-ment solutions and advisory services for retail, wealth management and corporates clients. Our solutions are a key element in every client relationship and we service a base of 850.000 clients with a team of 55 based in Basel, Zurich and Wroclaw.

Your expertise:

You need to have completed your bachelor’s or master’s degree preferably in economics, finance or business administration.

In particular, you are/have:

 Well organized, methodical with strong attention to detail, able to manage multiple initiatives

at the same time

 experience in project management and/or project portfolio management, including experience with pro-ject planning and reporting tools

 Good organizational skills and a \"can do\" attitude

 Ability to work equally well independently or as part of a dynamic team structure

 a reliable personality with strong interpersonal and strong stakeholder management skills

 good communication skills, comfortable interacting with colleagues at all levels

 Ability to come up with a structured approach to complex topics, including translation into compelling power point slides

 structured work style, excellent problem-solving skills and result oriented approach

 very good skills in MS Office (particularly MS Excel and PowerPoint)

 excellent English and German language skills (oral and written)
