CVS Health Healthcare Experiential Marketing Strategist in Woonsocket, Rhode Island

We’re looking for a B2C / B2B Marketing Manager with a proven track record of managing and cultivating business relationships resulting in off the charts client satisfaction and growth. In many cases the Marketing Manager acts as a key liaison between CVS Health and critical Health Plan partners often operating as an extension of their marketing function advising and consulting on growth strategies.

The Marketing Manager role offers a unique opportunity to gain exposure to a number of functional areas within a Fortune 10 company.

Participate in cross-functional Health Plan sales efforts focused on growing pharmacy share.

Leverage retail and digital CVS Health assets to support Health Plan lead generation and member engagement efforts.

Collaborate with Health Plans on co-marketing efforts focused on key seasonal opportunities like the Annual Enrollment Period and Welcome Season.

Strong comfort with managing multiple projects at once, in a fast-paced environment where collaboration and attention to detail are keys to success.

Keen sense of detail and organization skills, provide careful execution across multiple marketing channels.

Strong collaborative working relationships with key internal stakeholders (Payor Relations, Product Development, Legal and others).

Prior experience working with internal and external creative partners – ability to provide strategic direction, feedback and ensure creative is delivered on strategy.

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years or greater of B2C and B2B marketing and or sales experience

• Proven ability to translate consumer insights into business opportunities

• Solution-oriented, self-starter

• Track record of adapting to changing business needs in fast-paced environment

• Solicits feedback regularly to improve performance; comfortable giving and providing constructive feedback

Preferred Qualifications

3+ years of experience in Health plan experience (Medicare, CMS regulations etc.)

Education

Bachelor's degree required
