Responsible for placing products into cartons, wrapping products and assembling products.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBLITIESWorks on assembly, production, and packaging line in various capacities according to specifications.Works in Operational sanitation.Responsible for alerting operators, leads or supervisors of any quality or safety issue. Responsible for working safely at all times.On the floor 100% of shift. Other duties as needed by line.Must be able to work a flexible schedule.QUALIFICATIONSTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.LANGUAGE SKILLSAble to communicate and take direction from the Group Lead and/or the Production Supervisor.EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCEPreferred one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.WORK ENVIRONMENTThe work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job. Multi-shift production operations may be expansive, noisy, wet/humid and vary in temperature from refrigerated environments, ambient or warm in summer months depending on facility.
