Woodland Village is looking for a Part Time Receptionist who's friendly, outgoing and likes to multitask.

About the Role

Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Greets and directs visitors & family members.

  • Processes mail, filing, answers the phones and critical signal emergency response system.

  • Ensure that the office is maintained in a clean and safe manner and that necessary equipment and supplies are maintained. About our Benefits

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.

  • Previous experience as a receptionist or in an administrative assistant role preferred.

  • Professional demeanor and telephone etiquette
