AAA Club Alliance is seeking an eBusiness Services Analyst to join our team in Wilmington, DE! The eBusiness Services Analyst is responsible for improving AAA Club Alliance (ACA) Members experience by reviewing ACA website content, monitoring traffic patterns on the website, and identifying opportunities for web content optimization. This position will act as the lead and primary contact between the E-Business team and business line owners for project and process initiatives. The ideal candidate will be able to quickly gain an understanding of business line goals, apply tactics to utilize the website to help the business line achieve their goals, measure and analyze how the tactics are doing and make adjustments where necessary.

We are looking for someone who has:

  • An analytical background and experience reviewing and interpreting data

  • Excellent verbal and written communication and the ability to make quick decisions

  • Extreme attention to detail, and is a self-starter who is able to pick up new skills and technology quickly

  • Proficient knowledge of HTML, CSS; Experience with creating code using an HTML editor program and/or content management systems (CMS)

  • Direct experience with Sitecore, Omniture and/or Google analytics is a plus.

  • The ability to effectively present findings and recommendations and respond to questions from managers, directors, and business line stakeholders

The primary duties of the e-Business Services Analyst are:

  • Serve as the primary business contact for the Travel, Discounts and Rewards and AAA World business lines.

  • Responsible for managing the development process, including consumer research, discovery, business requirements, development and testing, for all assigned business line applications.

  • Perform day-to-day maintenance of content by coordinating acquisition of content from various sources, write content when necessary, quality check and publish

  • Determine business line information requirements by working closely with assigned business line staff. Partner with Corporate Marketing and/or IT when appropriate.

  • Working as part of E-Business staff, establish navigation and logical placement of content.

  • Coordinate content approval between departments (i.e. legal, marketing). Edit and proofread all content before production to ensure consistency, accuracy and high quality of web content. Publish the actual content to the website.

  • Assist internal associates with web site assistance and troubleshooting/training.

  • Work in cooperation with National Office goals and strategies; maintain compliance with National guidelines.

  • Act as project lead by establishing requirements definition, working with e-Business group to develop implementation plan, schedules, and producing new content for the website(s).

  • Assist with creation of tables, databases, HTML and Java content.

  • Assumes multiple projects and online initiatives at management’s request while maintaining a high degree of quality.

  • Acts independently in all areas of web content development with few questions.

  • Consults independently with key business line contacts and Technical Manager to formulate content development strategy and implementation plan

  • Thorough knowledge and ability to analyze and develop project specific ROI reports for key business line contacts and Management.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Four (4) to Six (6) years professional work experience

  • Knowledgeable in most areas of web content development. Assumed proficiency within 18-24 months.

  • Familiar with Internet security and ensures compliance with online security standards.

  • Capable of consulting with key business line contacts and Technical Manager to formulate content development strategy and implementation plan.

  • Competent in multi-tasking and balancing multiple deadlines while delivering the highest quality work.

  • Proficient in Internet security and ensures compliance with online security standards.
