The Card Digital Team Project Manager is responsible for managing current card functionalities on Chase.com and Chase mobile, as well as developing new features to enhance site usability. Existing online functionality includes Balance Transfers, Paperless Statements, Payments and Account Activity. Understand product strategy for the mobile and desktop versions of Chase Online, product growth opportunities, and partner with the marketing team to maximize product adoption and marketing efficiency.
Manages multiple projects or single projects of great complexity, possibly cross-department or cross-division and may be at various geographic locations. Defines problems/needs and solutions involving substantial latitude in course of action.
Conducts business analysis, process mapping, and process re-engineering. Creates project presentations and presents to senior management. Ensures projects are completed according to time and budget schedules, and that objectives conform to line of business' overall standards, operations objectives, user requirements and client's needs.
Bachelor's Degree Required, or equivalent experience, Master's Degree/MBA preferred
5+ years of Project Management required
2+ years of experience in Digital Project Management or related experience required
Project/strategic planning and business background with understanding of assigned areas of responsibility, ie:
Digital Services, Project Delivery Process, Credit Card Marketing
Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams and interact with all levels
Ability to be flexible, follow tight deadlines, organize and prioritize work
Strong verbal and writing skills
Strong team building skills
Intermediate knowledge level of Microsoft Project
Must have experience with user acceptance testing, information architecture, heuristic analysis,
metrics development and deployment; and managing production issues to resolution
