This position is responsible for entry level non-skilled general labor while maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to Tyson policies and procedures.
These positions could work in any department of the Processing facility. Must be willing to push pull carry lift 40+ pounds for some positions. Must be willing to work in damp cold or damp hot environments, reach above shoulder level and be willing to stand 8- 10 hours a day. Must be willing to climb up and down stairs to get to from the work areas. Must wear PPE, ear protection (plugs or muffs), hair net and beard guard. ATTENTION These positions may involve use of a knife and or scissors to bone out or trim pieces of product or involve the use of powered equipment such as saws, skinner machines, whizzard knives or pallet jacks.
Positions will be for any shift available. This facility may run 6-7 days a week, Monday-Friday, Saturdays and Sundays as necessary. Must be able to understand and agree to follow Safety Rules.
