MTech Mechanical Service Account Manager in Westminster, Colorado

Job SummarySupport and meet the overall sales objectives of MTech Mechanical's Servicegroup. Drives the sale of MTech Mechanical's service capabilities, aswell those of our industrial, commercial and special projects groups.Utilizes selling, pricing, and management skills to support the Serviceteam in securing service work and designing preventive maintenance contractsto satisfy the client's needs and achieve a fair profit for the company.Essential Job FunctionResponsible for meeting overall sales objectives by reaching assigned grossmargin dollars and gross margin % objectivesFocus on the Colorado Springs and Northern Colorado geographical areasincluding El Paso, Boulder, Adams, Broomfield, Weld, and Larimer counties.Generates sales proposals and perform presentations for potential clientsAbility to sell in new service contracts and bind MTech to new contracts inorder to grow the revenue within the Service departmentUtilize and maintain the client database as it relates to the Service group;this includes consistent client contact before and after the saleCreates new client relationships, while effectively maintaining establishedclient bases; responsible for maintaining excellent client relations, thisincludes responding promptly to client requests and maintaining frequentclient contactReview and determine product prices to meet the objectives of selling a joband ensuring fair profit for MTech MechanicalEffectively participate on MTech Mechanical's Service team to satisfy theclient's needs, as well as with other employees to resolve project relatedproblems and issues; maintain excellent working relationships with internaland external clientsSupport the total quality and team based efforts; identify and respond,quickly and effectively to the needs of internal and external clientsMust have excellent oral and written communication skills, in order, toestablish positive internal and external client relationshipsWork within the guidelines of the safety and employee policyReview client invoices prior to mailing for accuracy and fairnessUtilize Mtech Client Resource Management software platformParticipate in Mtech University Educational programRegular and predictable attendance is expected in order to meet therequirements of this positionOther duties as assignedQualificationsAt least 5 years related experience and the ability to demonstrate pastservice sales performance along with referencesHigh school graduate, college degree preferredHigh level of client service skillsCommitted to providing quality client service 100% of the timeRequires excellent communication skills, attention to detail and goodorganizational abilityMust be flexible, able to work in a fast paced environment and handlemultiple tasks simultaneouslyFluent with technical components of HVAC systemsMust understand energy rates, utility rebates, and building energymanagement conceptsMust have understanding of HVAC system functions and design concepts.Self-motivated individual who can work independently to build one's own bookof businessProficient with Microsoft office suiteExperience with CRM systems is a plusAmericans with Disability SpecificationsPhysical DemandThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must bemet by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of thisjob.
