•\tSupport the Digital Client Experience define, analyze, write business requirements for features and functionality of UBS WM USA digital advice offering, UBS Advice Advantage
•\tCoordinate with multiple teams across the organization to understand identify impact and dependencies across digital advice capabilities
Key responsibilities include:
•\tWrite business requirements for digital advice platform
•\tPartner, collaborate, and interface with marketing partners, CAG and other WM USA colleagues, to identify dependencies for business requirements
•\tIdentifying issues, structuring work efforts and assessing findings to address areas of concern defined by the Business Manager and/or Program Manager
•\tCollaborating with the overall Business Manager, Technology Leads and overall Program Manager to identify and resolve specific issues to maintain progress and direction of the program

You’ll be working in the Digital Client Experience Team within the Digital Strategy & Platforms (DS&P) team, based in Weehawken, NJ. Our goal is to establish a vision for digital client experience through implementing cutting edge digital tools at the forefront of the industry and execute a client facing platform roadmap.
•\t7+ years of Financial Services experience, preferably experience in digital platforms
o\tDeep understanding of financial applications; particularly in account opening and operations area
o\tBackground in advisory services (especially, investment program management, model management, order management and execution, portfolio management, reporting)
•\tUndergraduate degree in business, equivalent experience required
•\tStrong decision making, organization and analytical skills
•\tPassionate about business analysis and ability to write detailed requirements
•\tAbility to identify dependencies and impact across different business areas
•\tAbility to understand the end to end flow for digital experience applications
•\tA strong communicator in regards to driving the business requirements for digital platforms
•\tCommitted to meet deliverables under time constraints
•\tA self –starter with high level of energy, urgency and accountability
•\tAbility to multi task if needed to meet project deliverables and timelines
