That.and.#39;s why over 3000 dedicated professionals chose Sungard Availability Services as their place of employment.DescriptionTitle: Commercial Account ManagerJob Type: PermanentLocation: Wayne-PAResponsibilities:Increase retention, customer loyalty and revenue within an assigned Sungard AS portfolio of high-value customers.Cross-sell Sungard AS products and services through consultation and education.Consistently demonstrate ownership of building customer trust.Consult internally and with customers to provide the best solution.Identify future growth opportunities by working collaboratively with customer technical and executive contacts to review current and future business roadmaps.Build and close sales funnel increasing Sungard AS wallet share.Develop strong customer relationships up and down the executive stack, including C-level contacts, financial contacts and technical contacts and communicate with on a regular basis.Manage and maintain accurate records, activities, account plans and revenue forecast in Salesforce.com.Exceed KPIs pertaining to customer outreach, funnel yield, retention rates and sales quotas.Coordinate cross functional support teams to ensure an effective and efficient customer experience.Requirements:A will to win and a strong work ethic.A desire to learn.Ability to generate customer loyalty.Ability to analyze and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.2-4 years of successful sales track record and quota achievement.Key competencies: leadership, results orientation, strong written and verbal communication skills, metrics driven, ability to manage complexity.Work out of our 680 Swedesford Road, Wayne, PA 19087 office.Possible Travel up to 10% Based on Need.Preferred Qualities:Related College Degree preferred but will consider applicants with equivalent work-related experience with a minimum educational requirement of a H.
