General Electric Sr Manager - Enterprise Application Engineering in Wauwatosa, Wisconsin

Role Summary:

The Siebel COE USCAN Sr Manager - Enterprise Application Engineering will be responsible for the delivery and DevOps team for the Siebel Americas CRM application and all Service needs of the USCAN region. This role is to work closely with the Ops Leads. Key to this role is communicating business goals, programs, and processes for area or business segment while leading releases, solving problems and develop and executive on strategic and operational objectives for self and the team.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Work as a business partner with USCAN Services functional leaders and users to evaluate / improve program processes and arrive at mutual, cost effective solutions.As the CRM Leader, work with all the stakeholders to determine the right CRM strategy, roadmap and architecture for the USCAN Services business.

  • As DevOps leader for USCAN Siebel, lead the combined development and problem management team. Will work closely with the operational support, and is responsible for problem ticket management and resolution.

  • Own all aspects of delivery for USCAN Siebel systems, including enhancements, bug fixes, ensuring deliverables meet the cost and quality objects, on time, every time.

  • Participate in the preparation of long-range systems plans and assure that they are in concert with business objectives and goals

  • Act as subject matter expert for assigned area processes and supporting applications functionality and primary liaison to functional managers

  • Manage and execute program releases multiple times in a year, following GEHC Release processes, using Agile methodology with DevOps approach,

  • Lead team located across 3 different geographies with expertise in Siebel CRM technology

  • Accountable for delivery of goals and objectives assigned to the work group.

  • Manages performance, coaches team leaders and members, and resources team appropriately to deliver on objectives while driving a culture of excellence.

  • Responsible for people management activities including distribution of work assignments and assist with performance management.

  • Motivate team by creating a sense of purpose to meet the goals of the business through coaching and leading by example

  • Ensure that team members have well defined training and development plans Qualifications/Requirements: Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or in “STEM” Majors (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math)

  • A minimum of 8 years of professional IT experience.

  • Minimum 5 years IT program development experience or equivalent with industry standard CRM technologies.Eligibility Requirements:

  • Must be willing to work out of an office located in Wauwatosa, WI
