CACI International Training Specialist (Litigation Support) in Washington, District Of Columbia

Job Description

What You’ll Get to Do: ​

  • Organizes, prepares, schedules and conducts training sessions on litigation applications such as Relativity and CaseMap. Training will most often be user level training for specific databases or specific software packages, including word processing and other office automation packages.

  • Prepares training approach and materials; arranges for use of training facilities, for access to appropriate applications, etc. Develops and designs courses.

  • Creates Reference Cards, Manuals, and other documentation.

  • Assists with end user support.

You’ll Bring These Qualifications:

  • Experience with Relativity eDiscovery software.

  • Excellent communication and training skills both in person, online and in writing.

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently and possess strong time-management skills

  • Dept. Of Justice MBI security clearance must be obtainable. For this position, CACI has the ability to provide clearance sponsorship for qualified individuals.

  • Experience providing direct end user support or training for the applications being supported, including both telephone support and on-site assistance to users.

  • Excellent oral and written communications skills required.

These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:

  • Prior teaching/training experience involving computer applications, preferably database, imaging, or other automated litigation support applications strongly preferred.

  • Prior experience in automated litigation support preferred

  • Undergraduate degree helpful.
