CACI International Task Order Manager – Enterprise IT in Washington, District Of Columbia

Job Description

This is a customer facing position and as such the candidate must have the ability to directly interact with clients and senior executives. The successful candidate will demonstrate hands on IT operations knowledge, flexibility and the ability to thrive in a dynamic customer environment.

The primary work location is Washington DC with occasional local and CONUS travel.


  • Maintain operational awareness of the customer IT environment at all times, to include IT operations performance, outages and other major events related to customer infrastructure

  • Coordinate with the customer’s COR to ensure the contractor is operating consistently with the customer requirements and ensure activities are performed and accomplished on time, within budget.

  • Communicate the customer requirements, objectives, and priorities and manage staff which includes all the contractor employees, subcontractors, consultants, and resources supporting the contract.

  • Drive consistent practices and incremental process improvement to gain efficiencies and service quality.

  • Provide management, coordination, and administrative support to the daily operations and the resources are appropriately addressed the customer requirements, priorities, and objectives.

  • Ensure quality control and cost control are appropriately implemented and discrepancies are captured, appropriately addressed, and communicated to the Government in a timely manner.

  • Proactively monitor the contract’s performance and corrective actions to the customer COR as required.

  • Maintain and keep abreast of the work location, travel status, leave status, and work assignment of all Contractor staff (to include subcontractors).

  • Maintain oversight responsibility for customer’s complex and high-risk IT programs and projects.

  • Lead the team through all phases, including concept, development, implementation, and closeout.

  • Supervise staff and manage budget, schedules, and project operations to include staff availability.

  • Employ standardized project management methodology to guide all projects in a consistent, organized and reliable manner


  • Minimum BS/BA degree from an accredited college

  • 10+ years of Program Manager experience in IT industry or related fields

  • Familiarity with the Enterprise level Data Centers, MS Servers, VMs, and CISCO network.

  • At 6 years of experience with supervising and managing technical teams and projects in a similar environment

  • Current PMP certification preferred

  • ITIL Foundation v3 or other certifications preferred

  • ServiceNow experience preferred

  • DHS experience preferred

  • Must able to obtain Top Secret clearance

  • Strong documentation skills using MS Office, MS Project and MS Visio.
