  • Minimum 5-10 years? experience in IdM systems engineering

  • Expert knowledge of Identity Management and Enterprise Directory concepts (such as LDAP, Virtual Directory, Meta Directory, and LDIF)

  • Experience with the full lifecycle implementation of a market leading identity management product

  • Expert knowledge of implementing password management methods

  • Expert knowledge in the areas of processing identity feeds and identity data management

  • Expert understanding of identity governance and operational reporting

  • Expert knowledge of provisioning connectors

  • Expert understanding of the methodology used to model the mapping of role to entitlement and entitlement to privileges

  • Expert understanding of Microsoft Active Directory

  • Expert experience with using JDBC or ODBC to access a relation database management system

  • Expert understanding of application level context-based authentication

  • Expert understanding of reconciliation as it relates to the authoritative identity source and provisioning endpoints.

  • Expert knowledge of TCP/IP networking and protocols (DNS, ICMP, SMB, SSL/TLS, etc.)

  • Familiarity with performance analysis using performance monitoring and tuning tools

  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills

  • Excellent interpersonal skills, including an ability to work effectively in a team/task force as a participant

  • Experience with managing environment changes and emerging technical challenges

  • Ability to balance risks and reprioritize, as needed

  • Experience providing instructional training related to identity and access management or cybersecurity.

  • Excellent communication and documentation skills

  • Experience with configuring, deploying, and maintaining SailPoint IdentityIQ infrastructure in an enterprise setting

  • Direct experience with the full lifecycle implementation of a market leading identity and access management system such as IBM, CA, Oracle, NetIQ, etc.

  • Java, or Python programming and scripting knowledge in a Linux or Windows environment

  • Experience with Microsoft Active Directory Federation Services (AD FS) for cloud applications

  • Comfortable working with all levels of management in a government contractor organization
