CACI International SharePoint Administration Intern in Washington, District Of Columbia
CACI has a SharePoint Administration internship opportunity for a student entering their senior year next fall in support of the LCS Program. In this role, candidates will gain hands-on experience in SharePoint site development and administration and supporting government and internal end-users.
What You’ll Get to Do:
Extracting hierarchy from SharePoint to include sites, folders, files, last accessed, etc.
Maintaining detailed hierarchical SharePoint information in Excel spreadsheet or Access database
Translating reporting requirements into working SharePoint reports
Translating technical and functional documentation into new SharePoint site structure and new SharePoint solutions
Maintaining Issues/Request Ticket Tracking System
Sending IDE access reminders and notifications
Providing direct support for Navy Program Office SharePoint IDEs, ID Management, Permissions, Structure, and Sites
You’ll Bring These Qualifications:
Intern should be a computer science, software engineering, or information sciences major, or be studying a related field
Strong understanding of SDLC methodologies
Knowledge of out of the box features for creating webpages, forms, workflows, and more.
Knowledge of Business Connectivity Services, Master Pages, Apps, Page Layouts, User Store, Web Parts, Windows Workflow Foundation, SharePoint Ribbon, SharePoint Object Model (OM), Vision, InfoPath, Visual Studio, and PowerShell.
Working knowledge of SharePoint to include but not limited to SharePoint site directories, user privileges, security permissions, navigation, and SharePoint tools
Experience with SharePoint tools to include but not limited to SharePoint Designer, NINTEX workflows, and Administrative tools
Ability to review current SharePoint hierarchy and provide recommendations for enhancements
Must be able to create, maintain, and update detailed SharePoint hierarchy in Excel (to include but not limited to: sites, directories, folders, files, usage, and complete SharePoint path)
Strong attention to detail, highly organized and able to thrive in a busy, deadline driven atmosphere
Ability to grasp technical concepts and communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences
Ability to grasp concepts quickly and create working software solutions
Must be able to obtain or currently have a SECRET clearance
These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:
Growth and learning mindset
Experience with MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook) preferred
Advanced Excel skills are preferred - Must have experience with charts/graphs, and detailed data analysis within Excel
