CACI International Senior User Support Specialist/User Trainer in Washington, District Of Columbia

Job Description

What You'll Get to Do:

Be a CACI team member assisting in setting up and operating end user support and training programs for major computer applications requiring on-going training and support. This role supports the Department of Justice and may include training attorneys, paralegals, case managers, other agency staff and support personnel.

More About This Role:

  • Develop training course outline and agendas.

  • Establish training facilities and schedules.

  • Organize, prepare, schedule, and conduct training sessions.

  • Preform help desk functions.

  • May supervise work of teams of user support staff.

You'll Bring These Qualifications:

  • 2 or more years of experience teaching/training users in computer applications.

  • 1 or more years of experience with the specific applications being supported.

  • Hands-on familiarity with the network, telecommunications, and operating systems environments of the applications being supported.

  • Must be able to obtain agency clearance (U.S. Citizenship required)​

These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:

  • Experience teaching/training database, imaging, or other automated litigation support applications.

  • Experience with DOJ office automation environments.

  • Bachelor degree.
