CACI International Senior Exchange/Skype Administrator in Washington, District Of Columbia

Job Description

CACI’s Business and Information Technology Solutions (BITS) Sector, is seeking an Senior Exchange/Skype Administrator (Office 365 Sustainment Team) to support a dynamic customer contract in Washington, DC.   • Planning, implementing, sustaining, administering Office 365, with focused experience with Skype for Business

  • Working with Microsoft Premier Field Engineers (PFEs) to develop and then enable Microsoft Office 365 technical and systems administration functionality

  • Administering Skype for Business (formerly Lync) and other like unified communication applications;

  • Administering Microsoft Lync Federation or products like Acano to enable cross-organization communications;

  • Administering Core Solutions of Microsoft Exchange Server 2013 or Exchange Server 2010 equivalent;

  • Administering Advanced Solutions of Microsoft Exchange Server 2013 or Exchange Server 2010 equivalent;

More About the Role:

  • Knowledge and experience using IT Infrastructure monitoring tools, i.e. Microsoft System Center Operations Manager (SCOM), HP Operations Manager and other native tools common to Exchange and VMWARE

  • Familiarity with SQL administration, Exchange, Skype, SharePoint, SCCM, and Persistent Chat Channels

  • Clear understanding of operational/technical nuances of ADFS

  • Windows System Administration, to include patching, remediation, maintaining, and upgrading

  • Experience with Active Directory Management, Active Directory administration, GPO configuration and troubleshooting

  • Knowledge and experience in Certificate Authority; Digital Signatures and PKI

  • Exchange Online Protection and Domain and LAN administration

  • Strong practical knowledge of the Office 365 Cloud Environment, planning, implementing, sustaining, administering Office 365

  • Ability to administer and troubleshoot Microsoft Suite (to include Groups, Teams, Planner, Flow, Yammer)

  • Practical experience working with Microsoft Premier Field Engineers (PFEs) to develop and then enable Microsoft Office 365 technical and systems administration functionality

  • Experience administering Skype for Business online

  • Experience administering Microsoft Lync Federation and Federated services experience

  • Experience administering Core Solutions of Microsoft Exchange Server 2010, 2013 and 2016

  • Experience with Exchange Management Console, Exchange Admin Console/Exchange Control Panel, and Exchange Management Shell

  • Experience with Microsoft Windows Server, i.e. 2012 r2, 2008 r2, and 2003, 2016

  • Knowledge and experience using Microsoft Active Directory Services, PowerShell, and other scripting tools to automate Office 365 procedures

  • SharePoint online and Office 365 integration experience with ability to lead technical discussions with stakeholders, internal team members, and enterprise end-users

  • AD Azure experience with knowledge of technical utilization, configuration, and integration

  • Customer service experience, foster/maintain effective relationships with end-users and client

  • Ability to create demos/presentation and brief Sr. Level Leadership

  • Document policy/governance for the rest of the team and government customer (articulate technical knowledge with government/contractor staff

  • Knowledge and experience in development, test and configuration management

  • Ability to effectively articulate and share technical knowledge between senior government and contractor staff

  • Resolve tenancy technical issues and continuously monitor Office 365 systems/features

  • Ability to help design/develop/implement Office 365 governance policies for enterprise end-users

  • Proven experience with developing comprehensive white-papers, briefing materials, and PowerPoint presentations on Office 365 capabilities to help train team members/enterprise end-users

  • Function as technical/operational liaison between stakeholders and engineering teams, providing intimate knowledge on Office 365

You'll Bring These Qualifications:

  • Must hold an active Top Secret clearance with SSBI within 6 years and SCI Eligibility

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a related field; Exchange, Lync, and Active Directory, troubleshooting Exchange and Skype for Business

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher in an IT related field

  • Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA) core solutions of Microsoft Exchange Server 2013 (or earlier)

  • 1 or more years' scripting experience
