Leads monthly report activities by coordinating with team leads and other authors.
Establishes and manages report activity schedule to ensure timely submission.
Creates ad-hoc financial reports, coordinating with project control resources as needed.
Improves the performance and efficiency of the various processes within the program management office by monitoring and developing various procedural functions.
Provides analytical support of all business operations of the program’s contract including data gathering, analysis, and reporting.
Ensures program-level data is maintained and kept up to date in a centralized location.
Acts as primary contact for GDIT program front office and serves as liaison for the CMSO office to coordinate date, time, and place for management level briefings.
Prepares background material prior to high level customer and management meetings.
Participates in management meetings capturing and tracking action items for meetings.
Routinely assesses efficiency and effectiveness of staffing operations and assists Program Manager with personnel issues.
Creates and maintains excel spreadsheets used to track GDIT-CMSO staff recruiting activity and emergency contact information for program staff.
Serves as the staffing life cycle process owner.
Acts as the primary point of contact for the customer with respect to the onboarding and offboarding coordination of staff.
Works with the COR, Program Manager and other hiring managers to define requirements and open requisitions.
Acts as the primary point of contact for GDIT recruiting and staffing firms.
Leads resume review, coordinates the interview process, schedules interviews, and secures customer sign-off on candidate selection.
Attends internal as well as customer’s meetings to provide recruiting status.
Provides the necessary onboarding guidance that contributes to a pleasant experience for new hires.
Develops and maintains a New Hire handbook.
Seamlessly combines knowledge of CMSO departmental administrative regulations, policies, practices, and procedures with ability to plan/organize work, compile/analyze data, and communicate orally and in writing to create staff guidance materials, e.g. Time and Attendance Guidance.
Manages and maintains the staff’s master teleworking schedule.
Monitors staff’s personal leave and regularly updates the program control resources.
Reviews staff’s timecards and ensures accurate time keeping is being maintained.
Creates and maintains e-filing system, which entails safeguarding confidential and highly sensitive information and materials and ensuring that approved security practices are applied to electronic document control as well as paper-based records.
Acts as a liaison for the program staff for any corporate related requests/questions/etc.
Required Qualifications and Competencies:
Bachelor’s degree required.
Five (5) years of professional experience with two (2) years of federal government contracting supporting IT programs.
Extensive experience in MS Office with advanced proficiency in Word and Excel .
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Experience presenting to customers and management.
Organized, energetic, goal oriented, proactive, motivated, hardworking, and patient.
