We are currently seeking an experienced Personnel Data Senior Analyst to support our client, the Department of Commerce. This position is full time and remote. The Personnel Data Senior Analyst will apply their advanced skills and experience in performing end to end Customer Relationship Management (CRM) functions, processing CRM transactions and demonstrate knowledge of the customer service business process and technology. The Senior Analyst is qualified to perform tasks such as:

  • Assist with the management and resolution of escalated customer tickets and email messages;

  • Participate in quality control and process improvement activities;

  • Learn the client’s business processes around time & attendance support and requirements;

  • Run weekly/biweekly reports for the WebTA Admins;

  • Coordinate team activities, as needed;

  • Maintain customer service requests in supporting technology;

  • Support the Tier 2 team function and handle customer service requests, as needed; and

  • Act as liaison between Contact Center analysts, quality reviewer, and team lead.

  • 2 – 4 years of contact center and customer service experience

  • 1 – 2 years of general Federal HR experience

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products

  • Shared services experience

  • General knowledge of payroll and time & attendance systems

  • Strong communication skills

  • Advanced troubleshooting and help desk experience

  • Producing and utilizing reports effectively

  • Experience with WebTA or a web-based time & attendance system

  • Strong interpersonal skills

  • Attention to detail

  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance

  • Must be a US citizen

  • Associate’s or Bachelor's degree preferred

  • Individuals need to travel to Washington, D.C. to enable their Department of Commerce laptop

  • Assist with management run weekly and biweekly systems reports for WebTA Admins

  • Manage WebTA email box
