KPMG is currently seeking a Manager to join our Federal Advisory practice.
Help execute process and strategy improvements related to supply chain and operational improvement projects
Accomplish complex studies requiring application of analytical and statistical methods and techniques
Provide Continuous Process Improvement (CPI) program management across an enterprise
Conduct LSS Green Belt (GB), Black Belt (BB), and Master Black Belt (MBB) certifications in consistent with the Army LSS program requirements
Conduct and synchronize enterprise-wide projects with very complex problems that are multivariate in both dependent and independent variables which impact and reach across an enterprise
Study trends in Business Transformation efforts and Continuous Process Improvement efforts to formulate recommendations to ensure Client Directorates are aligned with the enterprise
A minimum of five years of management consulting experience providing operational advisory services related to supply chain, cost reduction, and operational restructuring; U.S. Federal government consulting experience preferred
Bachelor's degree in finance, engineering, operations analysis, or a related field from an accredited college/university and Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt Certification (ASQ Certified Master Black Belt preferred)
Ability to assess, improve, and reconstruct the information, physical, and financial flows across the client's supply chain
Deep knowledge of demand planning and replenishment, inventory optimization, logistics, transportation, distribution, and sales and operations planning
Demonstrated experience developing relationships with senior clients
U.S. citizenship required and the ability to obtain a U.S. Federal government security clearance within a reasonable period of time
