- Probationary Period: This is a full-time permanent position (Career/Career-Conditional appointment). Upon appointment to this position, you may be required to serve a one-year probationary period.
You qualify for the GS-12 grade level if you possess one (1) year of specialized experience at the GS-11 grade level or equivalent performing duties such as: * Serving as a data analyst with emphasis on Human Resources framework; * Developing charts and graphics to portray assessment results and developing briefing materials to Human Capital and program office leadership regarding the results; * Collecting, reviewing, and analyzing data to assist management in making recommendations to senior leadership; and * Demonstrating proficiency in Microsoft Suite programs, Microsoft SQL and other analytical tools to identify patterns to determine trends and workforce needs. You qualify for the GS-13 grade level if you possess one (1) year of specialized experience at the GS-12 grade level or equivalent performing duties such as: * Serving as a lead data analyst with emphasis on Human Resources framework; * Developing charts and graphics of assessment results and presenting briefing materials to Human Capital and program office leadership regarding the results; * Reviewing and analyzing data to advise management in making recommendations to senior leadership; * Demonstrating mastery level proficiency in Microsoft Suite programs, Microsoft SQL and other analytical tools to identify patterns and correlations among various data points to determine trends and workforce needs; * Providing advisory services, technical support and data analysis expertise to Human Capital and senior leadership.
