Dependable Global Solutions Lead Inspector in Washington, District Of Columbia
DGS is currently seeking a talented Lead Inspector to support our team located in Washington DC.
Responsibilities and Duties
To serve as a Lead Inspector and to provide specific duties and functions include, but are not limited to, the following:
Select team members to participate in inspections; and works with inspection program staff, plan, organize, schedule inspections; make specific work assignments to inspectors
Periodically serve as a Lead Inspector, ensuring that input from all inspectors are collated into inspection program products for distribution to the Directors; and represent and defend inspection products
Serves as member of either the FI or CI Inspections Program team and conducts physical reviews---inspections---being done at facilities throughout the customer to ensure compliance as well as intelligence directives
Documents interview results for assembly in report
Individual must have a minimum of fifteen (15) years of experience in conducting complex CI program activities to include counterintelligence investigations with a federal agency such as the DOE, FBI, CIA or DOD
The individual must have broad management experience commensurate with managing Counterintelligence programs and have the ability to conduct professional interviews of customer employees
Ability to assess/integrate the implications of data for the inspections being conducted; and the ability to provide concise and clear analysis to create a single focused report with preventative or correction action plans as recommendations
Individual must have excellent team building, liaison, oral and written communication skills and proven ability to perform under pressure
Must have a current TS clearance

Position requires individual to have earned a Bachelor?s Degree from an accredited university or
college in a discipline relevant to one or more areas identified in the experience description.
