CACI International Inc. has a great opportunity for a talented and creative Human Resources Business Partner in Washington, D.C. Our Human Resources and Recruiting organizations are in the process of an exciting transformation. We are modernizing and delivering our services in new and creative ways. We are upgrading our tools to the most modern in the market, and we are building a leadership team to execute a human capital strategy that is directly aligned with business objectives. You will support a dynamic CACI Business Group focused on the design, development and deployment of technical solutions and services, and will report directly to the Director of Human Resources for the group.
More about this role:
Assist Line Managers with the performance management process
Generate employee change/notification letters
Conduct exit interviews within key projects to better understand attrition trends
Compile HR data/metrics as it relates to attrition and headcount totals and trends
Partner and collaborate across functions to drive business results
Act as the liaison with HR Shared Services to handle escalations as they relate to employee payroll, benefit and leave issues.
Support implementation of enterprise initiatives
Help develop talent in the organization
Serve as initial intake for complex and sensitive in nature employee matters.
Partner with the broader HR team, learn from them, share your best practices, and work to make the entire team better
You'll bring these qualifications:
Associates degree (Bachelor’s degree preferred) in Business Administration, Human Resources, or equivalent.
Minimum of 5 years of Human Resources experience.
Knowledge of the general principles and practices of human resources
Demonstrated business acumen
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to use collect and analyze data and metrics to drive solutions
Strong written and oral communication skills Must have experience in preparing and presenting reports
A passion for enhancing the employee experience
Ability to earn the confidence and trust of others by delivering on commitments and demonstrating high standards of ethical conduct
Demonstrated project planning and management skills
Ability to use diplomacy and tact in confrontational situations
Excellent planning and organizational skills, as well as attention to detail
Must be able work independently
Comfortable with a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Must be able to demonstrate speed, flexibility, adaptability and ability to work under pressure.
