The candidate will provide advisory services focused on business process reengineering (BPR), as well as program and performance management. Our professionals help our clients transform their business processes, improve internal controls, improve efficiency of operations, increase transparency and performance management, and to comply with Federal laws and regulations.
During your full-time assignment, you will be given the opportunity to support projects to address some of the most significant project challenges facing federal healthcare clients. The nature of our projects is extremely fluid and requires self-motivated individuals that are willing to develop solutions on their own or in a team of highly skilled professionals. Project members are provided the opportunity to interact with our clients' senior management, as well as the opportunity to enhance their skills in the area of technical competency, business development, client service and people development.
Minimum Year(s) of Experience: 1 year
Minimum Degree Required: Bachelor's degree
Possession of an advanced degree may be substituted for one year of experience
Possession of a professional certification (e.g., CPA, CMA, PMP, Six Sigma Green/Black Belt, or CGFM), may also be substituted for one year of experience
Certification(s) Preferred: Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt preferred
Demonstrated expertise in BPR disciplines, including process mapping, measurement and analysis, and implementation design
Ability to develop strong team and client relationships
Excellent verbal and written communication skills (including presentation skills)
Creative problem-solving ability and a consultancy mindset
