KPMG is currently seeking an Executive Assistant, to join our Risk Advisory Solutions organization.
Provide administrative support to include arranging travel plans and meetings; interact and liaise with members of the functional team, management and external clients and handle confidential information
Build relationships with internal and external clients and obtain an understanding of priorities, projects and preferences in order to meet expectations
Consistent and accurate use of business applications and the ability to create training materials for use in everyday administrative applications and processes
Perform systematic quality control to ensure accuracy and proactively addressing issues that negatively impact processes and procedures
Proofread emails and correspondence and demonstrate professionalism and tact in interactions with others
Minimum of five years of administrative experience, preferably in a professional services environment
High School diploma or equivalent; completed coursework from an accredited college/university is preferred
Ability to proactively troubleshoot problems, ask questions for clarification and understand when to escalate
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications, Web-based research skills and ability to learn firm-wide applications and technology packages
Must be flexible, and have excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a proven customer service track record
Capacity to work overtime, as needed
