KPMG is currently seeking an Executive Assistant, to join our Legal, Risk & Regulatory organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to partners and compliance management teams for several quarterly and monthly reporting obligations

  • Arrange meetings, prepare and circulate meeting agendas and other team communications, time and expense reporting, coordinate travel

  • Compose and edit letters, memos, meeting minutes, and other documents using tracked changes and version comparison in Word

  • Perform research using internal and external resources; provide backup support, as needed

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of five years of administrative experience, preferably in a Legal or Human Resources professional services environment

  • High school diploma or equivalent; completed coursework from an accredited college/university is preferred

  • Proficiencywith Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft Office Suite applications (advance experience with Excel, Visio and PowerPoint preferred), Concur or related online travel and expense system, and electronic document management systems, such as SharePoint or iManage

  • Ability to work overtime, as needed
