CACI International Document Management Analyst in Washington, District Of Columbia

Job Description

What You’ll Get to Do:In addition to performing functions of Document Management Technician, as described below, performs moderately complex litigation support tasks, including, for example, detailed review and analysis of case materials in a broad range of subject matters, such as financial records, health care materials, and other litigation files; detailed indexing of case files; drafting procedures for accomplishing litigation support assignments; document acquisition related tasks; screening for privilege documents; conducting database searches; and performing e-discovery culling. Proofreads and edits deliverable products. Sometimes serves as "team leader" for larger group of Document Management Technicians and clerical support staff. Often works with minimal supervision. Reports to Task Supervisor or Project Supervisor.

  • Manage Executive AUSA for Management calendar

  • Assist with management with any administrative duties and personnel actions

  • Assist with coordinating award ceremonies

  • Assist with putting in different contracts in for different things for the office (ie., Special Achievement Award booklets) on an occasion have to request a court reporter for different mediations that are involving management.

  • Assist with coordinating office holiday festivities

  • Press clippings pertaining the office

  • Coordinate the Internship Program for the office

  • Process applications for the internship program for the fall, spring, and summer semesters

  • Input interns into PTS and generate SF52s for signature

  • Attend recruitment career fairs at the local law schools

  • Upload postings on the law schools and college websites regarding the internship program

  • Prepare assignments for incoming interns for the fall, spring, and summer semesters

  • Coordinate an orientation schedule for onboarding students in the fall, spring, and summer

  • Track students while they go through the security process

  • Send out notifications to students once their security clearance has been completed

  • Create spreadsheets for IT, HR, Building Facilities, Security, and Library regarding incoming interns

  • Work with HR with scheduling students to get PIV-I badges

  • Lead orientation for interns for each semester

  • Server as a supervisor for the interns

  • Coordinate activities for interns during the summer ( taking students on tours to the Capitol and the Library of Congress, schedule brown bag lunch with US Attorney and class photo with the US Attorney and Principle US Attorney)

  • Serve as a backup to the other Executive Assistants

  • Assist the District Office Security Manager (DOSM)

  • Run security background checks on contractors that are coming into the building to provide a service

  • Assist with getting training materials uploaded onto our intranet page

  • Assist with tracking all the hall monitors and individuals who need special assistance with evacuating the building

  • Compile information regarding the office move

  • Process daily report for the US Attorney, Principle US Attorney, Exec AUSA for Management, and the DOSM (this a new task because of COVID-19 we have keep track of each section to find out who is the building, teleworking, or on leave. This task rotates between the other three Executive Assistants. There is a separate spreadsheet that I have to update when employees come into the office after hours, which this information comes from the DOSM)

You’ll Bring These Qualifications:

  • One year of experience on major litigation support projects or undergraduate degree.

  • Certain assignments may require experience or substantial undergraduate coursework in, for example, finance/accounting, health care, or substantial experience in the legal environment or in information technology.

  • Demonstrated ability to work independently in a team environment.

  • Must have excellent writing skills and oral communication capabilities.

  • Requires hands-on familiarity with the Government's office and network environment, including but not limited to, data processing environments, including office automation networks, PC-based databases and other applications, internet and server-based databases and other applications, such as Oracle, Concordance, Summation, Trial Director, etc.

  • Should be a knowledgeable user of the Government's office and network environment, including but not limited to, word processing, spreadsheet, imaging, and hardware systems.
