KPMG is currently seeking a Director, Alliance Enablement to join our Alliance Strategy and Operations team.


  • Work with sponsors and alliance directors to define, revise and manage plans for the launch and operations of new and expanding alliances

  • Advocate, develop and lead alliance planning sessions with the KPMG sponsor and targeted alliance organization

  • Develop alliance specific toolkits to support the enablement needs, ranging from internal reference material, playbooks, battle cards and internal communications

  • Work with Communications and Marketing on the timing and coordination asset development, approval and final delivery

  • Obtain internal Risk approval for new content and maintain approval for updates

  • Populate and maintain of internal alliance site alliance enablement content


  • Minimum of seven years of experience in services or consultative business development; prior knowledge in the cultivation, development and delivery of sales enablement collateral for a Big Four or similar services organization

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university in Business or a related field or equivalent experience

  • Alliance Management and Business Development exposure and experience is highly preferred

  • Demonstrated communication and influence management skills with all levels of executives

  • Capability to assimilate to new service areas and technologies is essential

  • Experience in project managing across multiple shared service teams to quickly and effectively meet deadlines for deliverables

  • Ability to travel up to twenty percent
