Job Summary

Reporting directly to the VP of marketing, the Lead Generation Analyst will perform and lead a wide variety of data-driven tasks and processes. In this role, the individual will be responsible for the organization?s B2B lead acquisition end-to-end process to include identifying, acquiring, nurturing and converting leads from external datasets and other sources using sophisticated tools and methods to gain intelligence and tactical and strategic insights. The main goal of this role is to improve sales and marketing effectiveness for the company?s marketing operating lead and customer database (?MOD?).

While this person will be on the marketing team, they will work closely with the VP of Sales, Client Success Manager and other lead generation stakeholders.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Evaluate new data sources (i.e. commercial equipment dealers) for (i) lead acquisition in the B2B space and (ii) data to enhance and expand lead records.

  • Generate base and enhanced lead records into the CRM (freshsales) along with industry knowledge reports for new business development.

  • Use modeling techniques to optimize lead generation process and accuracy.

  • Act as the SME (Subject Matter Expert) for data and lead analysis

  • Work closely with sales and marketing management on lead effectiveness, measuring both qualitative & quantitative ROI

  • Define and deploy reports/dashboard to measure data quality performance and evaluate business performance metrics.

  • Work closely with the IT Department and DBA with data cleansing and processing as well as data management to support marketing analytics.

  • Assist and experiment with the deployment of sophisticated search methods to identify prospect lead sources on targeted websites.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Predictive modeling (statistical or machine learning methods)

  • Excellent project management skills, able to coordinate multiple tasks and make sure the work output of others is delivered on-time and accurate.

  • Strong verbal and written communications skills, listening and teamwork skills, and effective presentation skills collaborating with business leaders.

  • Ability to effectively communicate with all levels and business units of the organization.

  • Strong analytical skills.

  • Two to Five years of experience in business intelligence/marketing analytics

  • Bachelor?s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field

  • Advanced education or certifications are a plus
