KPMG is currently seeking a Client Success Manager to join ourpractice.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide leadership and oversight for all aspects of Cyber Managed Services engagements, including building client relationship, identifying process improvement opportunities, and managing engagement financials; Working with the internal teams and clients - setting appropriate priorities, expectations and alignment to execute successful engagements is a set of integral tasks for this role

  • Plan and execute on client engagements focusing on business processes and risk mitigation in areas such as Identity & Access Management, Third Party Risk Management, and Cyber Response amongst others

  • Lead Identity and Access Management (IAM) projects, including those involving Identity Management, Provisioning, Authentication, Authorization, Monitoring & Certifications, and Auditing & Reporting

  • Assist with management and execution of an IAM Application Onboarding engagements, including working with key stakeholders to gather requirements, develop design documentation, and lead team in integration and implementation activities

  • Manage the design and development of security solutions that meet requirements, adhere to applicable policies, and comply with information security requirements

  • Provide proficiency and oversight with regard to architecture, integration, and support of one or more, Identity platforms such as Oracle Identity Manager, SailPoint (IdentityIQ), ForgeRock and PingIdentity

Qualifications:

  • Minimum five years of experience with information security or in a technology related field

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university or equivalent professional experience

  • Strong understanding of the various Identity and Access Management platforms including SailPoint Identity IQ, Ping Federate, Microsoft Office technologies (Word and PowerPoint) and ForgeRock

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously while possessing a strong understanding of Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) methodologies

  • Experience managing cross functional and offshore teams and possess exceptional interpersonal, team building, mentoring, and leadership skills

  • Strong knowledge base in operations, enterprise networking, systems evaluation and architecture
