Agile Business Systems Analyst

Key Role:

Identify a client's business and system requirements and translate or decompose those needs into actionable software requirements, test criteria, and scenarios. Leverage expertise in domains, stakeholder relationships, and advanced capabilities to achieve goals. Apply expertise in the wide application of technical principles, theories, and concepts in the field. Provide technical solutions to a wide range of difficult problems and ensure those solutions are imaginative, thorough, practicable, and consistent with organization objectives. Work under only general direction. Determine and develop approaches to solutions independently. Contribute to the completion of specific programs and projects.

Basic Qualifications:

-8+ years experience with providing analysis of existing processes, requirements, functionality, and systems to determine how a system works

-Knowledge of agile software development

-Ability to work in an agile development team to translate requirements into designs

-Ability to work directly with users and clients to understand business needs and communicate requirements to technical development teams

-Ability to examine user issues and translate into user stories

-Ability to test and verify requirements from development team

-Active Top Secret clearance

-BA or BS degree

Additional Qualifications:

-Agile Certifications a plus

Clearance:Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Top Secret clearance is required.
