Our client is seeking to add a Recruiting Manager to its team. This position has an opportunity to make a significant impact on the company direction. The role includes the following:
Manage full cycle recruiting process for technical and non-technical candidates ensuring a positive candidate experience
Work with recruiting team members (Recruiters, Sourcers, and Coordinators) to develop, implement, and execute hiring strategy for open requisitions
Cultivate and maintain an ongoing strong working relationship with business leaders and HR Business Partners in order to understand the business units, facilitate workforce planning strategies and create a partnership that ensures a fast and simple hiring process.
Screen resumes and interview qualified candidates
Facilitate interview and hiring discussions with interviewers and hiring managers
Drive offer process - including extending offers, closing candidates, and generating offer letters
Work closely with internal recruiting team to develop and execute tactical sourcing strategies to create appropriate candidate flow and pipeline to meet overall recruiting goals
Identify potential and priority candidates through the internal resume database, candidate referrals, networking, and web sourcing
Call, screen and qualify candidates and assist them through the recruitment process
Act as a liaison between interviewers and hiring managers and facilitate interview and hiring discussions all parties
Maintain reporting metrics and generate reports on regular basis
Establish key channels to recruit new hires
Design innovative ways to attract, recruit, assess and hire top talent.
Support training for staffing activities such as interview skills, pre-assessment tools, etc.
Create and maintain best practices for recruiting and diverse sourcing
8 to 10 years of full-cycle recruiting experience
Experience training and managing junior to mid-level recruiters
Exceptional interviewing, communication, organizational and a passion for finding exceptional people
Recruiting experience across multiple departments
Experience recruiting for technical and non-technical roles (healthcare would be a bonus)
Ability to maintain strong relationships with all clients including internal/external recruiters, business partners and candidates
Solid business acumen
