Latitude, Inc. E-discovery Program Manager in Washington D.C., District Of Columbia
Growing government contractor looking to hire a E-Discovery Deputy Program Manager to their team.
Plan, direct, or coordinate project-related activities for the project. Plan and implement E-discovery solutions and refinements to meet client requirements. Lead, coordinate, and support team members so that processing projects are completed within Service Level Agreement guidelines. Present project completion metrics to government clients.
Desired Skills and Qualifications:
Technical skills related to litigation support, including the ability to discuss, present and offer solutions, as well as compose emails outlining proposed solutions.
Demonstrated knowledge of problem resolution in all aspects of investigations, litigation support and all discovery processing related actions.
Experience with contract financial management, from budget projection and forecasting, to contract performance analysis.
Experience in project evaluation including quality management, risk analysis reporting and identification, processing trend analysis, and scheduling tracking.
Ability to produce high quality reporting to senior management, executive summaries, processing throughput overviews, quality assurance and accuracy reporting etc.
Ability to work in a high paced, high volume, and highly collaborative environment with a very diverse hierarchal organizational structure.
Has evaluated program or project staff performance through annual or regimented review proceedings.
Has demonstrated experience in a team organization build out and has in depth, hands-on procedural implementation abilities e.g. (Defining team criteria, team initiatives, team workflows, and team oversight and management functions).
Has presented project status updates weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annually to upper management and client management teams.
PMP certification would be highly desirable.
Programming and scripting abilities highly desirable.
Experience using e-discovery processing tools (Relativity, Nuix, LAW, etc.) is a plus.
Experience with Recommind Axcelerate is a big plus.
Experience working with government contracts.
Bachelor?s degree required.
Public Trust (NACI) required.
3 to 10 years of EDRM experience.
No certifications required.
Experience managing projects or leading teams.
