Job Summary

OnesourcePCS is seeking Administrative Assistant I & II out of Washington, D.C.!

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Supports managers and employees through a variety of tasks related to organization and communication.

  • Effectively communicate via phone and email ensuring that all Administrative Assistant duties are completed accurately and delivered with high quality and in a timely manner.

  • Perform DOT/OST routing and filing system process.

  • Follow specific directions for various administrative tasks regarding the program.

  • Perform written tasks using the latest software tools such as Microsoft Suites.

  • Make proper edits, corrections, and to review written documents to ensure proper grammar, sentence structure, and basic letter flow and content.

  • Answer and direct phone calls.

  • Organize and schedule meetings and appointments

  • Produce and distribute correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms

  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.

  • Develop and maintain a filing system.

  • Order office supplies.

  • Book travel arrangements.

  • Submit and reconcile expense reports.

  • Provide general support to visitors.

  • Organize travel arrangements for employees.

  • Cover the reception desk when required.

  • Maintain computer and manual filing systems.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Administrative Assistant I: Minimum of 3 years' experience, a High School Diploma or GED certification.

  • Administrative Assistant II: Minimum of 7 years' experience, a Bachelor's Degree is a plus.
