OnesourcePCS is seeking Administrative Assistant I & II out of Washington, D.C.!
Responsibilities and Duties
Supports managers and employees through a variety of tasks related to organization and communication.
Effectively communicate via phone and email ensuring that all Administrative Assistant duties are completed accurately and delivered with high quality and in a timely manner.
Perform DOT/OST routing and filing system process.
Follow specific directions for various administrative tasks regarding the program.
Perform written tasks using the latest software tools such as Microsoft Suites.
Make proper edits, corrections, and to review written documents to ensure proper grammar, sentence structure, and basic letter flow and content.
Answer and direct phone calls.
Organize and schedule meetings and appointments
Produce and distribute correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms
Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
Develop and maintain a filing system.
Order office supplies.
Book travel arrangements.
Submit and reconcile expense reports.
Provide general support to visitors.
Organize travel arrangements for employees.
Cover the reception desk when required.
Maintain computer and manual filing systems.
Qualifications and Skills
Administrative Assistant I: Minimum of 3 years' experience, a High School Diploma or GED certification.
Administrative Assistant II: Minimum of 7 years' experience, a Bachelor's Degree is a plus.
