Robert Half International Administrative Assistant in Walnut Creek, California


OfficeTeams Local Wealth Management company located in Walnut Creek is in need of a part time administrative assistant to help support the office. In this position you will be support a single wealth management firm that has a small client base and prides themselves on a high touch concierge like service. Will be helping fill out client paperwork, as well as putting together client files. Additional duties include office management like ordering supplies and liaison with property management. Must be comfortable supporting a strong, type A personality. This is a very small office, so must be comfortable in that environment. Must be independent worker and creative thinker. Needs to be comfortable with part time long term. Needs someone 4 hours a day, but those hours are flexible. M-F 4 hours a day.

  • Internet research skills

  • Customer service experience required

  • Data entry experience desired

  • Capable computer skills including word processing, spreadsheets and presentation software, as well as databases and customer database systems

  • At least 1 year of Administrative Assistant experience preferred

  • Excellent oral and written communications skills
