We are looking for a Web Development Manager (with sitecore) to join our team in Denver, Colorado.

What You'll Do

As our dedicated Website Manager, you’ll be the person who wakes up in the morning thinking about Cherwell.com. Working closely with the company’s Creative Director, you’ll be responsible for envisioning and delivering clean, functional web page designs and to think creatively about how to innovate and develop new experiences that improve and grow our online presence.

On a daily basis, you’ll use Sitecore content management system to create web pages, publish content, and provide maintenance/updates when needed. You will show your exceptional visual communication skills and strong understanding of digital marketing to refine web pages and user experiences. You will show how savvy you are about search engine optimization by applying strategies to maximize traffic to and engagement on the site.

What You Should Have

  • Minimum five years​ ​of​ experience in web design, front-end/back-end web development

  • Two years of Sitecore experience a must

  • Experience with responsive and adaptive design required

  • Advanced understanding of web markup, including HTML, CSS, .NET

  • Advanced understanding of client-side scripting and JavaScript frameworks, including jQuery

  • Knowledge of digital marketing principles

  • Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices

  • Work within the Cherwell brand guide

  • Must be able to effectively communicate marketing and other department stakeholders

  • Must be able to manage project designs and development workflows, set expectations, define scope and timelines, and provides regular and ad hoc status updates in an effective and concise manner

  • Perform additional duties as required

Nice to Have

  • Based in Denver, Colorado; remote work will be considered

  • Media and asset storage management strategies

  • Expertise in hosting live and on-demand video content

  • Experience with graphic, print or other design work
