We seek a highly motivated individual who has passion on consumer audio business, with solid experience and expertise on PR & e-PR. The successful candidate will join our marketing team to oversee and contribute juicy content to support communications both in traditional and new media channel to increase brand & product awareness and preference.
Develop PR & e-PR communication plan including strategy, goals and tactics by demonstrating strategic thinking in building annual plans and timelines throughout the year
Leverage existing media relations and cultivate new contacts, seeking high-level placements in print, broadcast, online media and APP media
Create juicy product stories and contents
Maintain a keen understanding of industry / communication trends affecting consumers and make appropriate recommendations
Manage agencies and full teams in that regard
Create and manage press database and mailings
Manage press events
Aggressively manage budgets on all PR & e-PR activities whilst maintaining high standards
Monitor, analyze and communicate PR & e-PR results on a monthly basis
Working experience in both in-house and PR Agency; should be a team leader while in agency side
Strong Media Relations that can benefit our brands and products communications immediately
Insight on our target audiences and Chinese media landscape; and to adjust communication matrix accordingly
Creative: Ability to identify/concept creative ideas that can promote our brands and products with popular/trendy manners
Initiative: Ability to independently identify and capitalize on business opportunities, an agile self-starter, results-orientated, and able to deal with ambiguity
Project management: able to work and deliver quality outcomes against set timelines
Relationship building: Proven experience and ability to work cross-functionally, both internal & external. Able to develop and maintain different kinds of relationships.
Language: Fluent English writing and speaking level. Chinese (mandarin) language and/or knowledge of Chinese culture and consumer behavior would be highly advantageous.
Very skillful in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
