MINDBODY Senior Manager, Strategic Accounts in United States

The Senior Manager, Strategic Accounts Sales will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals to bring the world’s top fitness, integrative health, spa, and salon brands to MINDBODY. This leader oversees the team that develops sales strategies to engage prospects in sales cycles, runs well thought out sales processes to highlight MINDBODY’s systems against competition and lands new large customers on MINDBODY’s family of products. This function runs a team of enterprise-level sales professionals that must engage and win the complex buying environment of large corporations, winning strategic accounts all the way from prospect to implemented customer. The candidate will collaborate across many internal departments and key executive staff at MINDBODY to engage Strategic customers. They are responsible for evolving the team over time to meet MINDBODY’s needs, stay ahead of our competition and keep ahead of the highly adaptive industries that MINDBODY serves.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

  • Leadership experience in an enterprise level sales position.

  • Experience evolving sales methodology to meet enterprise customer needs over time.

  • 5+ years of B2B enterprise sales specifically working with large complex corporations, strong preference in the health, wellness and/or beauty industries.

  • Track record of influencing positive organizational change for new strategic initiatives.

  • Ability to train up a sales team to communicate and present at the executive level.

  • Proven track record in achieving revenue objectives and winning competitive deals.

  • Aptitude for web technologies, CRM and sales enablement tools.

  • Proficiency in creating sales presentation material and internal documentation including but not limited to sales reports and forecasts.

  • Demonstrate the ability to negotiate with C level execs and IT leadership.

  • Strong knowledge of SAAS agreements and procedures.

  • Strong cross functional capabilities, working with other key leaders in organization to drive sales goals.

  • Demonstrated ability to lead, coach and grow a team.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Screen, interview, hire, motivate, lead and coach Strategic Account Sales Specialists and other assigned team members to meet and exceed sales objectives.

  • Be a strong voice for product and service needs that MINDBODY must have to win in the market.

  • Develop strategies to penetrate key accounts and markets

  • Evangelize into the market with key influencers.

  • Support the training of team members to achieve a successful and efficient onboarding.

  • Accurately forecast sales, execute sales strategy and exceed sales targets.

  • Scale and coach a team of sales professionals of various abilities.
