Active Network Sales Trainer in United States

We are seeking a motivated Sales Trainer to join our growing team. A key component of this role is to provide the organization with the knowledge and skill it needs to be successful. We are seeking a top performer to deliver this training in a compelling manner helps create enthusiasm for the company and confidence in our technology. Ideal candidates have a background in sales with a deep expertise of developing and facilitating sales trainings.

Responsibilities:

  • Creates, organizes and conducts sales training sessions

  • Self-starter – takes initiative and provides quality end results

  • Excellent listening skills – able to understand requirements and provide solutions.

  • Provides guidance within the sales organization and shares best practices.

  • Facilitates interactive webinars both formal and informal presentations to senior management, sales organization, and other internal functions as appropriate

  • Keeps informed of new training methods and techniques

  • Administers sales training programs to the organization’s sales trainees and personnel

  • Observe recorded calls and emails between prospects and sales in order to audit against standardized scoring as well as monitor, maintain and identify trends in scores.

  • Develop and monitor sales training programs and corrective plans, including company sales training manual and materials

  • Identify training needs and suggest training interventions to meet quality standards.

  • May work with marketing team and product management to incorporate marketing strategy into training curriculum.

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of experience in a sales training or related role preferred

  • Learning and Development experience

  • Bachelor degree preferred

  • Must have experience with CRMs; Salesforce experience a plus.

  • Familiar with sales methodology practices

  • Capable of identifying needs or gaps in sales technique and performance.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Must have high attention to detail and proven ability to create and implement processes.

  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills required with an overall positive and professional disposition.

  • Able to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines, possess a high level of self-motivation, and have excellent work ethic.

  • Instructional design experience to develop content for sales training programs.
