What you’ll do:

Business Reporting and Operations

  • Conduct reporting and analytics on regional and global sales data and activities

  • Identify sales trends and recommend solutions or processes to enable sales effectiveness

  • Provide forecast and pipeline analysis and trending

  • Understand corporate and business unit initiatives and provide key data analysis to GVP and MVP

  • Act as a partner to sales VPs and Managers in understanding and interpreting their regional metrics and performance trends

  • Ensure that sales leaders have the necessary insights to effectively and consistently lead their organizations and deliver growth and increased productivity by coaching their associates

  • Support planning processes and creation of business strategies through analysis and dissemination of insights

  • Own projects to improve ongoing business reporting operations, for example automation of reoccurring worldwide business reporting

  • Document and communicate business processes to ensure smooth business operations and education

  • Liaise with business partners to communicate and resolve problems that hinder business operations

  • Create content for strategic meetings on behalf of GVP and Director of Operations including analysis, updates on current initiatives, and business cases for upcoming initiatives

Sales Programs, Initiatives, and Process Improvement

  • Project manage assigned projects or programs, working with necessary partners to establish full project plan with objectives and milestones. Ensure project remains on pace while providing updates to Director of Operations and other necessary leaders.

  • Assist the Director of Operations on the design, development, and implementation of global solutions to address business needs and challenges

  • Promote successful implementation, adoption, and effective use of sales, new processes, and programs to drive sales productivity

  • Work on specific projects related to scaling the EAS sales organization

  • Partner with Sales Enablement and the Conference Analytics and Strategy teams to execute initiatives on behalf of EAS Operations

  • Through in-depth knowledge of the sales force, insights gathered, and analytics, support compensation, territory, quota, and metrics development strategies by working with Director of Operations on business needs and proposed solutions

  • Assist in the evaluation of current programs and tools and help make recommendations to advance these functions to increase sales effectiveness and productivity

  • Work hands-on with sales associates and sales leaders to develop insights that will be used to execute on initiatives to drive sales productivity

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in finance or project management

  • 2 - 3 years overall business experience, with sales operations or project management experience preferred

  • Process oriented with strong analytical skills

  • Desire to work with both sales associates and sales leadership

  • Strong oral & written communication skills

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Ability to work effectively on multiple projects at the same time

  • Exceptional Microsoft office skills, especially Excel & PowerPoint

  • Experience with PowerBI is a plus

  • Experience with Microsoft Project is a plus

  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and with little direction

  • Experience and aptitude working with large datasets

  • Ability to recognize problems and see them through to solution

  • High sense of urgency
