The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, School of Dentistry seeks up to two full-time, Fixed-Term or Tenure-Track positions at the rank of either Assistant or Associate Professor in the Department of Prosthodontics. These individuals will participate in teaching in the pre-doctoral Prosthodontics, General Dentistry Clinics and the Graduate Prosthodontics programs. There are outstanding opportunities for intramural practice, scholarly activities, continuing education, professional service and research at the School of Dentistry. Successful applicants should have the ability to establish a robust intramural practice with The UNC School of Dentistry’s Dental Faculty Practice.
Education and Experience:
Excellent clinical credentials, teaching, research and dental implant experience are required. Diplomate of the American Board of Prosthodontics or Board Eligibility are preferred. A strong record of research and research funding is preferred. The individual should have experience in organizational and interpersonal skills, leadership, and a commitment to diversity, inclusivity and collegiality.
