The PCC Metals Group in Warrensville Heights, OH has an opening for a Manager of Consolidations and Financial reporting. Hands on role consolidating several legal entities, both domestic and foreign, via newly implemented Oracle FCCS (cloud based system), previously Hyperion HFM. This is a high level role in an energetic, fast-paced organization, requiring a strong GAAP background, ability to manage projects and critical thinking skills. The Manager will also be the Oracle Cloud/Hyperion Administrator, so strong Oracle/HFM consolidations knowledge is a must.

Manage the month end SAP/FCCS and FDMEE close process, including consolidation, intercompany reconciliations, eliminations, financial statement (balance sheet, income statement and cash flow) preparation and review
Manage all internal reporting, including preparation of bridges and analysis of results through use of Smartview or other appropriate office automation tools
Support the FP&A team with the consolidation and reporting of all budgets/forecasts as well as preparation and coordination of Division reporting timelines
Maintain and administer the new Oracle Cloud (and prior Hyperion HFM) system
Manage monthly financial statement load to parent company general ledger (Oracle)
Daily interaction with FP&A team, including associated Oracle PBCS and OAC/BICS (ESSBASE) utilization
Research accounting treatment for new issues as they arise
Manage and/or take part in special projects and ad hoc analysis, as required
Ensure compliance with all PCC Corporate Policies and Procedures, Generally Accepted Accounting Principles, and Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) requirements
Interaction with Corporate on a regular basis

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
Hyperion HFM and/or Oracle Cloud and Smartview is required
At least 5 years work experience consolidating multiple legal entities, both domestic and foreign, at a corporate or division level is required
Prior Oracle Cloud / Hyperion HFM Administrator experience is preferred
SAP experience is preferred
CPA and prior Big 4 experience is a plus
Experience coordinating with corporate tax is a plus
Intermediate to advanced PC Skills: MS Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint required
Must work well in a global, team-oriented environment
Must possess strong analytical and communication skills
