K1 Investments LLC Investor Relations Intern in United States

K1 is seeking a Marketing and Investor Relations Intern for our Los Angeles Office. Interns will learn the ropes of the marketing world within Private Equity through direct shadowing of our Marketing and Business Development team. As the Marketing and Investor Relations Intern you will gain valuable insight and experience working with cross functional teams within the organization. Responsibilities For This Role Include:

  • Assist in planning and preparing for a quarterly offsite management and investor meetings;

  • Research and organize team volunteering activities;

  • Support day-to-day marketing operations including campaigns and database activity;

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams: sales, finance, accounting and product management;

  • Create materials for correspondence, presentations, reports and marketing collateral;

  • Monitor and maintain social media presence;

  • Engage with investors and executives, when necessary;

  • Support current team members in various responsibilities, as assigned.

  • Self-starter; ambitious; team-oriented;

  • Exemplary communication and relationship skills (verbal and written);

  • Ability to learn new marketing technology quickly;

  • Creative and entrepreneurial spirit with a positive attitude;

  • Adobe and Salesforce knowledge preferred;

  • Junior to Senior level standing.
