Position Overview: Partners and serves as liaison to managers and employees in campus and community based programs providing human resource guidance, recruitment and support regarding policies, wellness, safety, benefits and employee relations, development and training. Assists the Human Resources Director of HR in the areas of recruitment and Human Resources administration
Position Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED and 1 year in recruiting or Human Resources Generalist experience required. Good typing, computer, and telephone skills. Ceridian report writing skills preferred. Ability to be flexible under pressure. Must have excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills and the ability to handle details accurately.
