Scope:

Global Travel is one of the growth engines of DIAGEO globally focusing on business growth and operational efficiency.

The Global Travel Business Partner role has a key part to play in this agenda.

The role will drive NSV growth, operating profit and productivity/efficiency gains through design and delivery of innovative solutions, Process and Service standardization/optimization, Solution and Service Availability.

The role will set DBS market strategy, demand plan and prioritization for the market, service and solution delivery against prioritized portfolio, and support and optimization for ATS and Enterprise Operations services.

Top responsibilities:

  • Develop and align DBS Business Enterprise Operations strategy to deliver efficiency opportunities

  • Oversee, evaluate and deliver project portfolio against current business priorities and ensure transparency into portfolio performance

  • Create and maintain strong business partner relationships with a market leadership team

  • Define, Develop and Manage people lifecycle for the market cluster

  • Business Process Optimization

  • Promotion of Diageo value and standards

  • Solution and Services Delivery

  • Technical and Infrastructure Support

What you need to be succesful in the role:

  • Language fluency in English is a must

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field

  • At least 10 years working experience , including responsibilities in IS focused business is an advantage

  • Experience in developing IS strategies inclusive of process and capability requirements is desired

  • Progressive responsibilities managing portfolios

  • Demonstrated capability to effectively lead cross functional teams

  • Demonstrated capability to build and maintain good business relationships
