JEVS Human Services Drug & Alcohol Clinical Supervisor in United States

JEVS Human Services is seeking a Drug & Alcohol Clinical Supervisor for our Achievement through Counseling and Treatment (ACT) program, a medication assited outpatient program, which offers personal solutions and supports to adults committed to overcoming addiction and living clean and sober lives.

Day to Day:

  • Train new Clinical staff in ACT procedures

  • Review with staff the expectation and credentialing requirements to obtain a clinical credential

  • Monitor employees' time management and productivity using the reports available through our EMR; monitor employees' documentation and facilitation of groups through direct observation

  • Provide and document clinical supervisory support to employees on a continual basis to monitor compliance and quality performance targets

  • Monitor case loads, discharges and admissions to ensure all regulatory agency based expectations are met

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college with a major in medicine, chemical dependency, psychology, social work, counseling, nursing, or other related field required

  • 3+ years of clinical supervisory experience in a health or human service agency required

  • 5+ additional years of experience working directly with the chemically dependent, preferably in medication assisted treatment environment required

  • PA state approved 30-hour clinical supervisor training required within 12 months of assuming the position

  • The ACT program will also support this candidate in attaining the PA Certification Board's Clinical Supervisor (CCS) certification.
