An opportunity has arisen within the ATM team based at Heathrow Airport where a strong team player is required to join the team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the success of our ATMs and customer service within this unique area of the business.

Key Accountabilities

  • Working alongside Inventory Support teams within the Heathrow terminals with ATM replenishments and resolving ATM hardware faults.

  • Review and communicate audit process and procedures to the team managers and inventory support in order to minimising risks to the business.

  • Ability to diagnose and identify ATM faults, to effectively repair and service the machines urgently to reduce down time.

  • Service and maintaining the ATMs to maximise availability and profitability.

  • Provide ATM technical support over the phone to Heathrow and other UK sites, as and when required.

  • Prioritise your duties to maximise all business opportunities.

Skills and Knowledge


  • Good communicator, organised and have the ability to prioritise your duties.

  • Flexible approach to working in different environments and the ability to stay professional at all times whilst dealing with customer complaints.

  • Attention to detail with a mind on maximising business opportunities.

  • Experience of playing a vital role within a team.

  • Strong IT knowledge, with a technical mind and willingness to learn.

  • Good knowledge of Office applications i.e. Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint

This role would suit an existing Inventory Co-ordinator looking to develop his/her career in a different field or an experienced Sales Consultant ready for the next step.

Please note that heavy lifting is required and this role does involve a lot of walking every day.

You will be required to work 36 hours a week including weekends
