Qualcomm is looking for an experienced operation program manager for cell phone fingerprint sensors or other sensor devices for mobile cell phone and tablet applications.

This person must communicate well in Mandarin and English.

This position requires ability to deeply understand finger print module supplier and process. This person will work closely with cross function team at Asia and US in Asia and USA. He or she will coordinate the supplier activities and plan to meet internal and external customer requirement. He or she need to play a key role to hold the meeting between suppliers. He or she be with strongly communication and quick responds with customers.

Data mining with suppliers, vendors and manufactured sites for yield interphase.

Trace supplier delivery and built plan

Minimum Qualifications

Required 5+ years' experience in the following:

Free to support frequent business travel

Preferred Qualifications

With project or program manager experience is must

Data mining experience is plus

Strongly communication skill

Strongly presentation skill

Computer skills: MS Office, Excel, Power point , Project , Visual Basic, JMP, C++ or MATLAB

Education Requirements

Bachelor/ Master degree of Business Administration or Engineering
