OEM Sales Manager Indonesia/Philippines/ Pakistan/ Bangladesh/ SADMG & ROAP
An OEM Sales Manager is being sought to lead the Dell OEM embedded computing business in Indonesia/Philippines/ Pakistan/ Bangladesh/ SADMG & ROAP. Developing and directly managing the OEM Solutions team in this region Managing stakeholders both internal and external are the central tasks of this new role. The qualified candidate will have a demonstrated track record of success in driving funnel creation and conversion to revenue.
The successful candidate will bring to this role at least 10 years of senior sales, team leadership and P&L management experience. An end-to-end solution selling mindset is required for this role, to include specific understanding of the OEM/embedded computing market, rather than general IT market knowledge. Deep understanding of channel partnering will be necessary.
An ability to work collaboratively in a matrix organization are key hallmarks of this position.
A strong grasp of new product development, sales/demand forecasting and new product introduction (NPI) are additional skills which the successful candidate should possess.
Directs the efforts of others in the achievement of the strategic and operational objectives of the group.
Manages the hiring, staffing and maintaining of a diverse and effective workforce.
Responsible for career development/planning, performance and pay discussions of team members.
Manager of AEs and BDMs who motivates and drives the sales organization to meet or exceed performance objectives through effective management of resources.
Frequently interacts with subordinates, county management, customers, and/or functional peer group leaders, normally involving matters between functional areas, other company divisions or units, or customers and the company.
Influences and participates in the quota setting process at the team/individual level.
Provides direction, development and inspiration to the team members in the organization.
Understands the market in which the company operates, including our business/industry, our competitors and uses that knowledge to plan for the future.
